chart, then send the inquiry to
us. We will send you quotation within
24 hours. Work begins promptly upon
receipt of your instructions and

2. Special Orders
Art Forest can replicate a painting
especially for you. If you are looking
for an oil painting that we don't
carry, or if you have a family photo
you'd like to reproduce as an oil
painting please contact us.

long does it take before
I get the painting? |

do not use any artificial drying
agents to speed the delivery. To
create very high quality fine art
oil painting reproductions, the
delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks,
It depends on the reproduction,
quantity and the size. If you want
to deliver one container, the lead
time is about 8 weeks. Work begins
promptly upon receipt of your instructions
and payment. |

I see the quality before

of course. We will take each picture
a qualified digital photo for your
checking. If you are satisfied with
the effect, we deliver to you. If
not, we will approve it until you
are satisfied. For pictures more
than one reproductions, we will
send you the photo of the first
reproduction, if approved by you,
we will continue the rest ones. |

is your policy for cancelled
order before shipping? |

A. Within 48hrs when order confirmed:
6% will be deducted from refund
sum (two transactions fee).
B. After 48hrs but want to change
to other pictures: 30% will be deducted
from the refund sum.
C. Orders are ready for delivery:
Can NOT be canceled.

Forest ships orders via Express
mail like DHL , UPS for pictures
on canvas. We suggest customer to
buy each time paintings above 20Kgs,
then we can get a very low shipping
cost from DHL. For example,
A. 20*24inch 80pcs canvas,
gross weight about 20Kgs, DHL cost:
USD8/Kg, totally USD160. Which means
USD2/painting by DHL .
B. 24*36inch 40pcs canvas,
gross weight about 20Kgs, DHL cost:
USD8/Kg, totally USD160. Which means
USD4/painting by DHL.
For shipment with frames, we suggest
customers to ship via container
min. 20feet. This is the most economic
way for transportation. One 20feet
container can hold about 1000 pcs
20*24inch paintings with frames.
